2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We fulfill orders to the United States through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), which ensures fast and reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days):

    • Orders under $20.00: $5.00 shipping fee.
    • Orders over $20.00: Enjoy FREE shipping!

4. Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery time for orders shipped to the United States is approximately 3 to 5 business days after the order is processed and shipped. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur due to carrier processing or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx, as selected by Amazon MCF) to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take full responsibility for packages until they are delivered to you. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at glasscat@glasscat.cn.

We will:

  1. Initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
  2. Upon confirmation of the issue, we will either reship your items at no cost to you or provide a full refund.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

For orders shipped to the United States, our prices do not include any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
