Returns

Return Timeframe
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Please note that returns are not accepted for items damaged by the customer to the point of being unusable.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.

Return Process

You do not need to contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning an item.

To initiate a return, please ship your item to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

Processing Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Standard Returns
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.

Returns Due to Our Error
If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us at customer@chillicatty.com.cn for instructions in such cases.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value. To exchange an item, please return the original item in good condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customer@chillicatty.com.cn.

Please provide clear photos or a video of the issue. After we confirm the problem, we will arrange for a return (if necessary) and provide you with a refund or an exchange, based on your preference. We will cover all associated shipping costs for returns due to our error.
